Great customer service. The pendant I ordered was out of stock, but the team managed to have it shipped from another warehouse quickly. The pendant itself (the bare bulb marble pendant) is gorgeous. Will definitely shop at Rove Concepts again in the future!

I absolutely LOVE the Sven Dining Table & 6 Adele Chairs. They are beautiful, & great quality. I have had them for about 6 months now. I also purchased the Isla rug 8 x 10. I am very sorry to say, I regret buying the rug. It seems to be poor quality, especially given the price for that size. The colors were beautiful & I thought the shedding would go away after awhile of vacuuming......Its been 6 months & it looks awful. I finally removed it from under my beautiful dining table set as it took away from it.

We ordered a dresser that arrived damaged. I called the customer service department and was asked to send photos of the damage. The next day I heard a response from the care team that they had already put in an order for a new dresser to arrive. It arrived quickly and Undamaged. Great service! Great experience and beautiful dresser!

Alexandra was very patient and helpful with fabric options for first time sofa purchase online. However, I haven't seen the actual sofa yet to comment on the product.

Unfortunately I canceled my order as production was pushed out an additional month. However, Customer Service was great to deal with- prompt, timely and resolved my dilemma within minutes.

I love the products, the site has great navigation and was easy to shop. Not a lot of variety but great selection. Prices are a little bit above the stores I usually shop. Paying for delivery was really hard for me, who pays for delivery nowadays? Just did it because the dresser had the exact size I need for my space. Also it will take up to 14 days to receive it which I will have to wait. It would be nice to offer assembly at home for a fee, some sites are doing that right now.
